Your job is to represent Montanstahl GmbH as a commercial agent to market, negotiate and conclude sales transactions for the following products:
Web shop software – main product
SLAs – services
Automated Pricing Tool – new feature (coming soon)
Connect Tool – new feature (coming soon)
Our customers are companies selling steel to other businesses. They range from distributors, service centers, producers and many more – small businesses as well as large enterprises with multiple branch offices.
You do not need to have any software knowledge and skills. Read the qualifications to understand if you are the right candidate.
For every client you win, you will be rewarded with the following commission:
steel.shop web shop software – 100% product fee for 9 months
all other products – 100% product fee for 6 months
all products – 10% of the product fee (no time limit!)
If, for example, you were able to sell three web shop licenses every month (one costs € 299 per month), you would earn more than € 8,000 per month in less than a year.
Existing network in the steel market (we will provide contacts too)
Product know-how and experience in the steel market
Software knowledge is helpful but NOT required
Willingness to expand your network of contacts
Perseverance: be persistent, not pushy… uncover the added-value for the customer
Closer: don’t just start a communication, close the deal
Inquisitiveness: naturally curious, motivated and constantly looking into different ways to market, prospect, package or sell a product
Discipline: it’s a real job so know the product, do your research, make calls, go on appointments, organize your work, etc.
